5. Recipients and processors

  • Hosting provider: Netlify, Inc. (United States), which provides website hosting infrastructure.
  • Form submission service: Formspree (United States), which processes contact form submissions and forwards them to Curvature Energy by email.
  • Email service: Microsoft 365, used to receive and store correspondence.
  • Web fonts: Google Fonts (Google LLC, United States), which delivers the typefaces used to render this website. When a page loads, your IP address is transmitted to Google's servers in the course of fetching font files.

These providers act as data processors and are contractually bound to process personal data only as instructed and to maintain appropriate technical and organisational measures.

6. International transfers

Some of our processors are based outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, including in the United States.
